The Comprimise of the Church
Christianity is a religion that is at war. We are at war with principalities and powers, with governments and with a secular world. Christians can no longer live their lives in a bubble, protected from the world and participation in it. The modern secular state has no need for Christians, the church or for Jesus. Science and technology have become the new gods of this epoch. These new Gods have arisen through the silence of the church and Christians. The people of God do not exist to partner with Satan nor with the world. Christianity is in a state of war even in a world of supposed peace. Christ said:
Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword”. Matthew 10:34
